98915 (RFP) Arlington East Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Valve Replacement Project
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to evaluate and select a vendor to implement a functional control description for control of the eight Return Activated Sludge (RAS) valves to automatically distribute RAS flow to each online aeration basin based on the weighted demand of one basin relative to all online basins. A most-open-valve algorithm will be included to keep the RAS valves as open as possible to minimize energy consumption. Further information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications.

The poles and all associated hardware/attachments for the structures shall be delivered on the following tentative dates:

98745 (RFQ) Arlington East WRF Administration Building Storefront Window Upgrade
To provide supervision, equipment, material and labor for the replacement of all windows and storefront in the Administration Building at Arlington East WRF (Water Reclamation Facility) per attached specifications. Approximately fifty-seven (57) window fixtures to be Hurricane rated Miami Dade Glass or equivalent. These specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Contractor must comply.

To provide supervision, equipment, material and labor for the replacement of all windows and storefront in the Maintenance Building at Arlington East WRF (Water Reclamation Facility) per attached specifications. Approximately ninety-six (96) window fixtures to be Hurricane rated Miami Dade Glass or equivalent.

98702 (ITN) FACILITIES PEST CONTROL SERVICES
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish pricing for Pest Control Services (“Services”) for the suppression of indoor populations including, but not limited to, 1) Insects [ie. ants, roaches, water bugs, mites, silverfish, etc.], 2) Flying Insects [ie. wasps, bees, yellow jackets, etc.] 3) Wood Destroying Organisms [ie. dry wood and subterranean termites, carpenter ants, etc.], and 4) Rodents [rats, mice, squirrels, etc.]. Populations of the above pests shall also be suppressed outside JEA buildings within JEA property.
The Services shall be sufficiently comprehensive and of such nature as to comply with the pertinent requirements of any and all Federal, State and local laws relating to public health, sanitation and handling of foodstuffs. JEA sites are located primarily in Duval County, with some additional sites in St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau. (The work to be performed by the Company.
