Informal solicitations include procurement purchases of goods or services estimated to cost between $50,000 and $300,000. JEA purchases are made through a competitive bidding process. Current Bid Openings as well as specifications for each bid can be found below. All bid openings are held on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. at JEA, 21 W. Church Street in the Customer Center 1st Floor, Room 002 (unless otherwise noted). Sealed bid/proposal packets must be submitted to the Bid Office by 12:00 noon prior to bid opening at 2:00 p.m.

98623 (RFQ) Steel Transmission Poles for the Circuit 830 Structures #30-#32 and #42-#44 Replacement

JEA is soliciting Bids for the purchase, fabrication, and delivery of steel transmission poles for the Circuit 830  Replacement project. The poles and all associated hardware/attachments for the structures shall tentatively be delivered between April 20, and May 1, 2020.

98598 (ITN) Mold Remediation Services

This contract is executed between JEA and the General Contractor to perform emergency removal and disposal of all microbial contaminated materials including, but not limited to:  removal, cleaning, sanitizing, demolition, or other treatment, including preventive activities, of any microbial contaminated matter of greater than 10 square feet that was not purposely grown at that location.  The remediation objectives will be to remove building materials that have signs or suspicions of microbial contamination to provide a safe working and occupancy environment.  Appendix B – Response Workbook represents estimated annual quantity and is to be used as a guideline and not a guarantee of work.  The work will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.  JEA may take action to perform all or portions of the work in house and, thereby, reduce Contractor workload and cost.  The following specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Contractor must comply; nor are they intended to supersede or contradict content in the contract documents between JEA and the Contractor.

98428 (ITN) Technical Testing Solution FY20

The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (the "ITN") is to evaluate and select a vendor that can provide a solution that is able to be used by the business and the technical team with the purpose to elevate the testing experience.  The vendor that can provide the items and services contained within Appendix B – Response Workbook and provide the best value to JEA (the "Work" or "Services").  "Best Value" means the highest overall value to JEA with regard to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
