JEA is seeking a Respondent that can provide daily courier services at the lowest cost to JEA. This Work includes mail courier services between JEA’s downtown offices and JEA’s service territory and between JEA’s downtown offices and the United States Post Office (USPS). Will also include occasional ad-hoc/on demand pickups and deliveries. Further information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications.

1410797446 (RFQ) JEA Substation Transformer Oil Sampling
NETA Standards, including ASTM D 923 and ASTM D 3613. The contracted service provider will
perform all sampling services, no subcontracting is permitted. The contracted service provider will
be required to achieve and maintain JEA Safety Prequalification. The work will involve taking
samples from Transformers that are energized at the time of sampling. All employees of the
contracted service provider who require entry into substations must complete the 4-hour JEA
Substation Safety Training prior to entry. The Substation Safety Training class is offered on the
second Wednesday of each month at 8:00 AM at the JEA Westside Service Center. Contact Dwaine

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and qualify Companies to provide Talent Acquisition Services for JEA (this “Solicitation”) as defined herein. JEA intends for these services to complement the existing talent acquisition search that JEA is conducting. It will not replace JEA’s ability to conduct a recruitment for the same role. JEA reserves the right to conduct a recruitment in tandem to the QPL Talent Acquisition Services Companies.

The purpose of this Open Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for JEA to establish a Qualified Supplier List to establish commercial terms and JEA accounts (if not already established) for the supply of MRO non-inventory materials. The company should be able to provide materials over the counter, walk-in service, on-line ordering and delivery to the JEA business unit shops or jobsites.
