The purpose of this Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is to evaluate and select a vendor that can provide Strategic Activities, Implementation Services, and Support and Maintenance Services as a continuation of the data architecture and modeling in support of production implementations for data-at-rest (i.e. Foundation Database Repository for Analytics) and data-in-motion (i.e. data APIs) previously awarded to Xtensible Solutions, LLC based upon business analytic use cases.

100375 (RFQ) NGS NO.2 Fuel Oil Diesel Line Cleaning
JEA is seeking a company (the “Company”) to provide No.2 fuel oil diesel line cleaning at Northside Generating Station (the “Work”). There is approximately 5400 feet of 12 inch diameter No. 2 Fuel Oil (diesel) piping from the No. 12 fuel oil storage tank to Transfer Building 1 on the NS fuel unloading Dock. This line needs to be flushed of all fuel and cleaned until it is certified gas free. Also included is the flushing and cleaning of the loading arm for this pipeline. The drawings and schematics can be found in Appendix C. Proper and legal disposal of any waste created (at contract prices). Any piping, hoses, loading arms terminating near any body of water must be blanked.

JEA is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in order to solicit interest from companies who desire to serve as a Master Developer with the vision, experience, financial capacity, and long term commitment necessary for the redevelopment of approximately 2,000acres JEA controls in the area and includes the St. Johns River Power Park (SJRPP), St. Johns River Coal Terminal (SJRCT), and adjacent parcels (the Site).
