2018 Evaluation Report
In Fall 2017, the JEA Board of Directors instructed JEA to undertake a study of the utility’s current valuation. Conducted by independent financial consultants Public Financial Management, Inc., the study culminated in the preparation of this final report, which was presented for public review February 14, 2018 at a special joint meeting of the Jacksonville City Council and JEA Board of Directors.
