Informal solicitations include procurement purchases of goods or services estimated to cost between $50,000 and $300,000. JEA purchases are made through a competitive bidding process. All bid openings are held on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. at JEA, 21 W. Church Street in the Customer Center 1st Floor, Room 002 (unless otherwise noted). Sealed bid/proposal packets must be submitted to the Bid Office by 12:00 noon prior to bid opening at 2:00 p.m.

99376 (IFB) CEM Solution Items

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (IFB) is to evaluate and select a vendor(s) that can supply CEM SOLUTIONS ITEM’s for JEA’s Inventory Stock (the “Work”).

99375 (IFB) Water, Ice, and Beverage Supply Services for JEA

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (IFB) is to evaluate and select a vendor(s) that can supply, water, ice and beverage services during normal operations, based on scheduled deliveries, call outs and during emergencies.

JEA currently has water services supplied by individual purchase order requests.  This service will continue for the immediate near term.  JEA will transition these services to the lowest bidders in the coming months after the solicitation is complete.

99365 (ITN) Activated Carbon Injection Equipment and Activated Carbon Sorbent

JEA is soliciting Responses for the supply of the following;

1.) Manufacturing, delivery and installation support & commissioning for two standalone activated carbon injection systems to assist in mercury capture from the Northside Generating Station Unit 1 and Unit 2 Circulating Fluidized Bed boilers.   (Described in Section 3.1.1. of this solicitation document)
And
2.) JEA is requesting a quote for the sustained purchase of powdered activated carbon (PAC) sorbent for use in the Northside Generating Station activated carbon injection systems.  PAC will be used to enhance removal of vapor phase mercury emissions from power plant flue gas. (Described in Section 3.1.2 of this solicitation document)

Respondents may submit a Response for one or both of the items listed in the above scope of supply.

99299 (ITN) Communications Shelter Purchase 2020

The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (the "ITN") is to evaluate and select a vendor for Communications Shelter Purchase 2020 that can provide the items contained within Appendix B Response Workbook and provide the best value to JEA (the "Work" or "Services").  "Best Value" means the highest overall value to JEA with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

99275 (RFQ) Facilities Painting Services For Bay Street and Standish Place Master Pump Stations

This contract is executed between JEA and the Contractor to perform interior and exterior Painting services at the JEA site with an estimated 20,000 square feet, located at 834 Bay Street E, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 and to perform interior and exterior Painting services at the JEA site, with an estimated 20,000 square feet, located at 718 Standish Place, Jacksonville, Florida 32204. The contract work for this project includes, but not limited to: on site surface preparation, pressure washing, patching, scraping, caulking, sanding, priming and painting of interior and exterior surface. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, personnel, equipment and rental of equipment required to accomplish this project. All cost should be included in response bid price. Samples of the color will be provided upon award. JEA may take action to perform portions of the work in house and, thereby, reduce Contractor workload and cost. The following specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Contractor must comply; nor are they intended to supersede or contradict content in the contract documents between JEA and the Contractor.
