For those interested in becoming trade professionals, our state certified and in-house training programs are state of the art and will qualify you as a highly skilled professional in your trade.

JEA welcomes new team members into our Skilled Crafted Training Programs in hiring classes. If a class is open, it will be listed on this page. Once you have applied and have been found eligible, you will be asked to begin the recruitment process. Upon successful completion of a computer-based assessment, you may be asked to attend physical agilities testing at a JEA facility.
