1411427646 (RFP) Facilities Retention Pond Maintenance
The purpose of this solicitation for Facilities Retention Pond Maintenance (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide economical pricing for monthly maintenance on JEA’s pond and ditches as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. These services must be performed in a safe manner, and the results must be aesthetically pleasing as these facilities represent JEA to the rate-paying public. This contract is executed between JEA and the Company to perform scheduled and ad hoc treatment for retention ponds and ditches on JEA property primarily in Duval County, with some additional sites in St Johns, Clay, and Nassau. Pricing must include all labor, equipment, and chemicals necessary to successfully treat, care, and maintain retention ponds and ditches. There is an approximately 73 retention ponds/ditches listed in the Response Workbook.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide industrial services to remove and dispose of sand, grit, grease, and other entrained debris from various low pressure sewer (LPS) systems. In addition, the industrial services are to include repairs and collection tank replacements as necessary within the JEA service territory. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and qualify Companies to provide Talent Acquisition Services for JEA (this “Solicitation”) as defined herein. JEA intends for these services to complement the existing talent acquisition search that JEA is conducting. It will not replace JEA’s ability to conduct a recruitment for the same role. JEA reserves the right to conduct a recruitment in tandem to the QPL Talent Acquisition Services Companies.

The purpose of this Open Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for JEA to establish a Qualified Supplier List to establish commercial terms and JEA accounts (if not already established) for the supply of MRO non-inventory materials. The company should be able to provide materials over the counter, walk-in service, on-line ordering and delivery to the JEA business unit shops or jobsites.
