1410360246 (RFP) Design and Implementation of Electric and Water Demand Side Management (DSM) Programs

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to design and implement the following three separate programs for JEA:
1. Residential Electric and Water Demand Side Management (DSM) Program and Solar Battery Rebate Application Processing (“Scope 1”)
2. Commercial Electric and Water Demand Side Management (DSM) Program (“Scope 2”)
3. Field Services Electric and Water Demand Side Management (DSM) Program (“Scope 3”)
Respondents may provide proposals for 1, 2, or 3 programs based on their capabilities and strategy. Each program will be evaluated separately, so the Respondent must provide separate independent designs for each program submitted, and also provide a section clearly detailing how an award of any other program(s) will improve program performance as well as identifying any additional savings.

1410355046 (IFB) Circuit 853 Structures #21 to #33 Replacement Project

Transmission construction will include the setting of thirteen (13) new spun concrete transmission poles, and re-framing of one (1) existing spun concrete transmission pole along with proposed guy wires/anchors, insulators, and hardware. Work will also include the temporary re-framing of ten (10) existing wood H-frame transmission poles. Transmission Conductor installation will include sagging / tensioning of new 1590 ACSR “Falcon” conductor and 3#6 AW shield wires. Demolition work will include the removal of ten (10) existing wooden H-frame transmission structures (two poles each), one (1) existing double dead-end wooden structure (three poles each), and two (2) static cast double dead-end transmission structures (three poles each). All guy wires / anchors, wires, conductors, and hardware shall be removed and disposed of as indicated per these construction drawings and specifications.

1410343850 (IFB) Sewer Main Cleaning and CCTV Inspection

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a Bidder to clean JEA sanitary sewer mains in various locations throughout the JEA service territory and assisting JEA Sewer maintenance and construction crews with jet-vac combo truck assistance, as directed by the Water and Sewer Preventative Maintenance Manager or the manager’s designee. The work shall also include the removal and disposal of solids, sludge, grit, grease, sand, pieces of broken pipe and any other debris from the sanitary sewer lines and sanitary manholes. 1410339446 (IFB) NGS Dredging Services

JEA is soliciting Bids from contractors (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) for dredging services for the Northside Generating Station construction project.

The Supplier will provide the following scope of work:  mobilization, demobilization, all equipment, labor and supervision to complete dredging services of approximately 11,065 cubic yards of spoils materials (minimum depth of 40’) to the berthing area at the NS Fuel Dock, located on the Blount Island Channel in Jacksonville, FL.  The bidder will include in its bid price the spoils transportation to the approved upland disposal site for all spoils removed (Tentatively one of the Batram Island Cells  - JEA is currently working to execute a contract with JPA).  All dredging services are to be completed based on the most recent hydrographic survey analysis performed May 5th, 2021.

The Dredging company shall provide environment reports to JPA and JEA regarding the material to be dredged, prior to commencement of work and provide a certification of the depth achieved, JEA will conduct a separate hydrographic survey to validate results, prior to release the Payment and Performance Bond.
