1412113446 (RFP) Construction Management at Risk for Arlington East Water Purification Facility
The purpose of this solicitation for the new Arlington East Water Purification Facility (WPF) is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide pre-construction services (including early works activities) and construction of a new WPF designed to treat an influent average flow of eight (8) million gallons per day (MGD) and 6.4 MGD of production. The new WPF will be located adjacent to the existing Arlington East Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) at 1555 Millcoe Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225 and will consist of the following purification processes:
- Membrane Filtration (MF)
- Reverse Osmosis (RO)
- Ultraviolet (UV) light advanced oxidation process (AOP)
- Membrane degasification
- Post purification stabilization
Coordination efforts with the Owner and program support team will be necessary. Note active
construction may be going on at the WPF site or at adjacent site locations for associated projects or
related Arlington East WRF improvement projects.

The scope of work for this solicitation includes providing personnel on an as-needed basis to supplement JEA during peak planning, design and construction periods, and for back-filling of permanent JEA staff during vacancies or leaves. 1412106248 (RFP) JEA Fleet Services Vacuum-Jet Assets Maintenance and Repair
The purpose of this solicitation for JEA Fleet Services Vacuum-Jet Assets Maintenance and Repair (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a Company(s) to provide maintenance and repair services for JEA Fleet Vacuum-Jet Assets as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work in regard to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the maintenance and repair services of JEA Fleet Vacuum-Jet Assets, including a fleet of vacuum trucks and trailers operated by JEA. This includes, but is not limited to, routine preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and regulatory inspections of JEA Vacuum-Jet Assets, with additional ad hoc services included. The intent is to award at minimum, a primary and secondary contract for Vacuum-Jet Assets Maintenance and Repair Services for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals, as bid results dictate with the primary company being awarded no less than fifty-one percent (51%) of the overall category. It must be noted that quantities and percentages indicated reflect the approximate quantities to be purchased throughout the Contract period and are subject to fluctuation. JEA does not commit to any volume to either Primary or Secondary Contract Awardees. JEA reserves the right to adjust award percentage amounts and Award additional Contracts based on certain groupings of the Work items, or JEA may exclude certain Work items, if JEA determines that it is in its best interest to do so.

1412106246 (IFB) FY27 Generator Replacement for Water/Wastewater
The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and select a vendor to furnish equipment, install, and test a complete, self-contained, automatic standby emergency generator system as specified herein and according to established JEA Standards (https://www.jea.com/Engineering_and_Construction/JEA_Facilities_Standards/ https://www.jea.com/engineering_and_construction/water_and_wastewater_standards/) as a design-build. Contractor(s) shall submit Engineered Drawings to JEA for approval. The self-contained emergency electric system shall consist of an electric generating unit, which upon interruption of normal power from transformer, will start automatically and, by an automatic transfer switch, will disconnect load from normal supply and connect load to emergency generator. Diesel engine driven electric generator set shall be of the latest commercial type and design with all necessary switchgear, and controls. Contractor shall furnish fuel tank, sound attenuated aluminum generator set enclosure, and all accessories necessary for a complete and operable installation. All materials shall be new unless specifically called for otherwise.
