Automatic payments will help you pay your bill on time, every time. We still read your meter, calculate your bill, and send you a bill each month. The only difference is that JEA will automatically withdraw your balance due from your bank account so that you don’t have to! All residential and commercial customers are eligible to enroll, however, your account must not have an outstanding balance or be in a payment extension plan.

Terms and Conditions:

I hereby authorize JEA and my financial institution to process payment for my JEA account on the monthly due date. This authorization and JEA AutoPay will remain in effect until revoked by me, my financial institution, or JEA. This enrollment will take effect on my next bill. I understand that I must pay any outstanding balance I may have as of today before my next billing cycle (please allow three (3) business days for processing).

You may revoke JEA AutoPay at any time online at jea.com or by calling (904) 665-6000. Revocation of your authorization to pay your JEA bill through an automatic payment will result in the discontinuance of your Automatic Payment enrollment. After your revocation request has been received by JEA, please allow up to three (3) days for processing. By canceling your Automatic Payment, you will then be responsible for taking appropriate action each month to pay your bill.
