Moving? Transfer Your Utility Service Online
There are lots of last-minute things to do when moving to a new home. That’s why we’ve made it easy to cross one thing off your list. If you move within our service territory, all you need to do is transfer your present electric and/or water service. Simply complete a transfer request (up to 30 days before the desired transfer date) and we'll take care of the rest.
You will need to pay a small account establishment charge - it will be applied to your first bill at your new address.
No Paper Towels or Wipes in the Toilet
Remember, only toilet paper and human waste should go down your toilet. Flushing anything else, including paper towels, can damage JEA’s wastewater system and create dangerous (and disgusting) blockages called fatbergs.
