JEA Facilities

JEA’s Facilities Department is comprised of three core functions: Facilities Capital, Space Management & Planning, and Operations & Maintenance. Facilities Operations & Maintenance oversees the corrective and preventive maintenance of more than 2,028 JEA locations, including buildings, lift stations, substations, and various operational properties. As a unified department, Facilities is committed to delivering business excellence by ensuring safe, reliable, and well-maintained infrastructure that supports JEA’s mission, and the essential services provided to the community.
