Water and Sewer and District Energy System Annual Disclosure Report

The following document (the "Annual Disclosure Report") sets forth certain information concerning JEA (including, among other things, JEA's outstanding debt, its Water and Sewer System, its District Energy System and its audited financial statements for its fiscal years ended September 30, 2023 and 2022). The information contained in the Annual Disclosure Report speaks only as of the date thereof, and JEA assumes no duty to update any information contained in the Annual Disclosure Report. This Annual Disclosure Report relates solely to JEA's Water and Sewer System and District Energy System. In accordance with the provisions of Rule 15c2-12, as amended ("Rule 15c2-12"), promulgated by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, JEA filed on March 26, 2024 the Annual Disclosure Report for Water and Sewer System and District Energy System dated as of March 26, 2024 with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's Electronic Municipal Market Access ("EMMA") website (approved by the SEC pursuant to Rule 15c2-12 as of such date), in satisfaction of JEA's obligations under certain continuing disclosure undertakings made by JEA pursuant to Rule 15c2-12 with respect to certain issues of its bonds. Because of limitations inherent in the electronic transmission of documents, the appearance (but not the content) of the Annual Disclosure Report on this website may differ from the version thereof filed with EMMA.
