Project Objective
JEA upgraded and replaced some of the power poles, transformers, fuses and the main electrical service lines along Cedar Bay Road between Hosker Drive and Crawford Street. Once completed, this project will help increase electric reliability and provide for future growth in the area.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred along the City of Jacksonville rights-of-way and utility easements.

Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the new electric system has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
