Conformance Standard

JEA continually works to make its web content and online resources accessible as part of its inclusion efforts. We are committed to providing a website that follows leading web accessibility practices and conforms to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative’s (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

• Periodic compliance scans are conducted to identify WCAG 2.1 AA violations. Violations will be corrected to the best of our ability.
