As a JEA MyBudget customer, it is important to remember:

  • Your JEA MyBudget payments will be about the same each month, only fluctuating slightly from month to month.
  • While enrolled in JEA MyBudget, you will accrue an account balance that represents the difference between your monthly consumption and your JEA MyBudget payment. This balance will be credited or collected at the time you unenroll from the program.
