Evaluations for RFP 002-13 Employee Benefits Consultant

During this meeting the Chief Purchasing Officer will discuss the evaluator’s scores on the above referenced project. The Public is invited to attend to observe the scoring process, although they may not comment during this meeting.

Person needing special accommodations to participate in the above hearing, please call (904) 665-6038 no later than two (2) days before the meeting in order to make arrangements.

If a person decides to appeal any decisions made by JEA with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, for the purpose of such appeal, that person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
