Macy Avenue Water Improvement Project

As part of the Small Diameter Pipe Replacement Project to modernize more than 200 miles of JEA’s existing potable water distribution system, JEA crews upgraded and replaced portions of the existing water main on Macy Avenue between Cesery Boulevard and Cesery Terrace. This section of water main had approached the end of its useful service life and was proactively replaced to ensure the reliability of the JEA water system in the area.

Construction primarily took place in the City of Jacksonville rights-of-way and utility easements.
