Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (TB Landmark) replaced and upgraded the existing chilled water main (air release valve) located near the intersection of W 11th Street and Otto Street.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.

Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the new chilled water line has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction was returned to its pre-construction condition.
