JEA is re-certifying the Water, Sewer, and Environmental QPL List.

JEA believes that fair and open competition is a basic tenet of public procurement.  Such competition reduces the opportunity for favoritism and inspires public confidence that JEA contracts are awarded equitably and economically. Therefore, JEA has developed a process for procuring professional services that is governed by the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Fla. Stat., Section 287.055, by developing a Qualified Proposer Lists (QPL).
