Estimated Dates & Work Schedule
Anticipated End Date: 2023-09-30
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.*

Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Callaway Construction) repaired a failing sanitary sewer manhole located on Richmond Park Drive North near the entrance to Bishop’s Court Condominiums and Hodges Boulevard.
This work was necessary to ensure the reliability of the sewer system that serves your neighborhood. Failures to sewer manholes can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way and utility easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the new sewer manhole has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
