The City of Jacksonville and JEA will hold a pre-construction kick-off meeting to discuss plans for the Biltmore C Water & Sewer Improvement Project. This meeting will provide you the opportunity to learn more about the project and what you can expect during construction. There will be a brief presentation followed by a question/answer and public comment period.
