Project Objective
As part of the Small Diameter Pipe Replacement Program to modernize hundreds of miles of JEA's existing potable water distribution system, JEA crews replaced and upgraded portions of the water lines on Van Gundy Road from West Montcalm Drive to Winton Drive, Cartier Circle from Champlain Road to Cavalier Road, and Seine Drive from Champlain Road to Cavalier Road.

Construction primarily took place in the City of Jacksonville rights-of-way and utility easements.
