The purpose of this request for JEA Signage Removal and Disposal (this "Solicitation") is to select a vendor that can provide economical pricing for removal and disposal of JEA signage with logo located at 21 West Church Street Jacksonville, FL, 32202. This is a one-time project. These services are to be performed in a safe and professional manner. The contract work for this project includes, but is not limited to provide scaffolding, staging equipment, rent a crane and bag (4) four parking meters on W. Ashley Street, remove and dispose (4) four sets of 12’-0” tall internally illuminated “JEA” channel letters and steel supporting structures, and patch mounting holes. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, personnel, equipment, and rental of equipment required to accomplish this project. All cost should be included in response bid price as described in this Solicitation (the "Work"). It is the intent of this solicitation to secure economical pricing for special landscape work such as tree cutting, tree trimming, mulch installation, sod replacement, rock installation, sites cleanup, and irrigation system work to be completed by the Company or approved sub-contractors. These services must be performed in a safe manner, and the results must be aesthetically pleasing as these facilities represent JEA to our customers.
