Important notice about Onsource home warranty solutions

Standard homeowners insurance typically does not cover these expenses, which can be costly. As a homeowner, you may be responsible for maintaining and repairing the water and sewer lines that connect your home to JEA’s infrastructure if a break occurs.

Homeowners’ insurance policies vary by insurer and policy. Some homeowners’ insurance policies may not cover exterior water or sewer line repairs. Customers should check with their insurance provider before enrolling.

JEA customer advisors do not have access to Oncourse accounts or enrollment information. We cannot modify, cancel, or manage protection plans. Please contact Oncourse Home Solutions directly if you have questions about coverage, billing, claims, or enrollment.

Protection plans are administered and billed directly by Oncourse, not JEA. Should you choose to participate, your Oncourse protection plan will not appear on your JEA bill.

Understand where your responsibility begins

Before deciding if a plan is right for you, it’s important to understand what you are responsible for versus what JEA is.

  • JEA is responsible for the water main, the water service line, and the water meter.
  • Customers are responsible for the service line that connects from their water main to the home.

How water and sewer protection plans can benefit you

Predictable monthly expenses help to avoid unexpected, out-of-pocket high-cost repairs. Home protection plans tend to be most beneficial for:

  • Older homes with aging water or sewer infrastructure which are more likely to fail,
  • Properties with long service lines which can experience increased repair costs.

Oncourse Water Line & Sewer Line Protection Program plans are not JEA programs and are provided directly by Oncourse.
