Project Objective
JEA crews upgraded and replaced portions of the electric infrastructure that serves your area. This work included replacing any old or deteriorated power poles along the project route, as well as installed new conductor, trip savers, transformers and hook switches. This project will provide better power quality and reliability to the area.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the project has been completed. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
