- Under Bill Delivery Options, select "Enroll in eBill," then click Submit.
- Once you have enrolled in eBill, visit our Alerts Center so you can choose to receive alerts by text or email when your bill is ready, when your bill due date is a few days away, and much more!
- Your next JEA bill will arrive by email at about the same time you would normally expect to receive your bill. You will no longer receive a paper bill.

Make Payments Using Your Preferred Method
Once you've enrolled in JEA eBill, your monthly bill will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Choose to make your payment online, by phone, by mail, at a neighborhood payment center, or at the JEA Office Downtown.
