Pursuant to State of Florida Executive Order 20-69 (Emergency Management-COVID-19-Local Government Public Meetings), this hearing is permitted to be conducted by communications media technology. The purpose of this hearing is for the JEA Procurement Appeals Board to hear appeals regarding procurement issues as designated in the JEA Procurement Code.

JEA will hold the JEA Procurement Appeals Board (PAB) Hearing for JEA Solicitation 064-16 IFB Mandarin Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Tank and UV System Improvements: Appeal of Debarment. During this hearing the JEA Procurement appeals Board will address the submitted protest on the above referenced JEA solicitation. The public is invited to attend and observe this meeting. There will be no public participation in the discussions.
