2016 Butterfly Festival at Tree Hill

Tree Hill Nature Center is hosting the 15th annual Joseph A. Strasser Butterfly Festival.

Local Vendors

Local vendors will be selling items such as handmade jewelry, natural beauty products, and food. There will be arts and crafts and games for children and adults, face painting and more. As always, the day culminates with a live butterfly release.

Trails and Museum

Tree Hill's network of trails will be open for folks to walk,  the Florida Natural History Museum will be open for families to explore, and visitors will be able to see the newly redone mural outside of the student laboratory and touch tank room.

Raffle

A raffle has been added to this year's event, with lots of great prizes, including gift certificates to:

• Cummer Museum
• Adventure Landing
• Space Walk
• and more!

All proceeds go directly to the educational programs that are offered by Tree Hill and to the care of their animals. Come enjoy this cherished Jacksonville event!
