On August 28, JEA changed its payment processing vendor from Bill2Pay to a company called KUBRA. This change has allowed us to lower our overall payment processing costs.
The first time you make a payment after August 28, you will need to re-enter your bank account and/or credit/debit card information if it was previously stored on jea.com. This is for security reasons so our vendors and JEA are not transferring or sharing confidential financial information.
