On August 28, JEA is changing its payment processing vendor from Bill2Pay to a company called KUBRA. This change will allow us to lower our overall payment processing costs.
The first time you make a payment on or after August 28, you will need to re-enter your bank account and/or credit/debit card information if it was previously stored on jea.com. This is for security reasons so our vendors and JEA are not transferring or sharing confidential financial information. During this transition, the payment scheduling functionality will temporarily be disabled.
