Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (JB Coxwell) replaced sanitary sewer lines, manholes, and a section of water lines at the intersection of Hernando Road and Marianna Road. This work is essential to maintaining the reliability of the water and sewer systems serving your neighborhood. When sewer lines fail, they can cause significant issues, including sewer backups, environmental harm, and roadway damage.
Construction Areas
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin typically begin 2-3 weeks after the project has been completed. Any existing grass, sprinklers, pavement, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to their pre-construction condition.
