The purpose of this solicitation is to furnish and deliver five (5) Emergency Diesel Back-Up Pump packages to existing JEA Wastewater Pump Stations as listed in the Technical Specifications. This solicitation is for the purchase, delivery and put in services (commissioning) of the equipment only.
The Emergency Diesel Back-Up Pumps packages shall include the pump, diesel engine, fuel tank, fuel delivery system, control system, field instrumentation, and associated accessories as specified in the Technical Specifications.
The JEA will perform all engineering and installation. Emergency Back-Up Pumps technician and/or representative will assist JEA to perform the startup, testing, and commissioning activities. Any references within the Technical Specifications or drawings to installation or construction services are for informational purposes only and are not included in this solicitation.

1412188280 (IFB) N03 Replacement Condenser Valve Purchase
This Solicitation is for the purchase, testing, and delivery of sixteen (16) new 60-inch rubber-lined butterfly valves for the Northside Unit 3 condenser water system. The new valves will replace the existing Henry Pratt Triton XR-70 valves and are critical for controlling condenser cooling water flow, facilitating reverse-flow backwashing, and preventing leakage that can result in pump reverse rotation. The scope of work includes furnishing sixteen (16) new 60-inch rubber-lined butterfly valves, sixteen (16) Limitorque actuators, sixteen (16) Limitorque gearboxes, and all required fasteners, gaskets, supporting components, and other associated soft goods necessary for a complete and functional installation.
