Report a Street Light Problem
JEA offers two options to report street light problems:
- The fastest way to have a streetlight repaired is to logon
using your user name and password, and then submitting a request. This immediately generates a ticket in our system, 24 hours a
day, seven days a week. Click here.
- Or, if you prefer not to logon, you can complete the general street light problem form, which will generate an e-mail to our customer care center. They will then submit the request during our normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
