Online utility billing for JEA eBill is provided through the third-party vendor Docucorp®. Online utility payments to JEA are through the third-party vendor Intuition Systems®.
E-Z Pay Plan
Pay your utility bills the EASY WAY - with E-Z Pay! The E-Z Pay Plan, JEA's electronic payment service, allows you to authorize your bank, credit union, or savings and loan to deduct your monthly utility bill automatically from your checking or savings account.

Call (904) 665-6000 and pay your bill using your major credit card, checking or savings account. JEA's automated bill payment system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

JEA’s downtown Customer Care Center representatives are available to provide a full range of services to our customers, including stop, start or transfer service and bill payment.
- JEA Authorized Payment Only Locations
When convenience is what matters most, stop by one of over 30 JEA authorized payment-only locations. Located throughout our service areas, these allow you to pay in person closer to home or work, no matter where you live. Only JEA authorized payment only locations will credit your payment to your account within an hour.* Hours vary by location; please check our online map for locations and hours. You must bring your JEA bill or have your account number handy when visiting a payment-only location.
* Payments made after 6 p.m. will be credited to your account at 7 a.m. the next business day. Payments made on weekends will be credited to your account at 7 a.m. Monday morning.
