Registration is a quick and easy process. Just sign up and you will have access to various online services.

Forgot Log-In
If you have forgotten your log-in information you can easily get an e-mail reminder. All you need are your Account Number and the Security Answer you gave when you originally signed up. Your log-in information will be sent to the e-mail address you gave us when you registered for the account.

Change Username, Password or E-mail
If you want to change your log-in information please login with your current username and password, enter your changes, then try to login again.

Log-In Problems
JEA’s website is designed to work with browser versions 5.0 and higher and will not work with versions 4.0 or lower. If you are having problems signing in, select a solution from the list.
