Home Energy Audit

As a JEA residential customer, you can receive, free of charge, an energy evaluation of your home or apartment. You can do this in one of three ways - online, in person or by video.

In Person
A JEA representative will inspect your home and then offer cost-effective ideas designed to help lower energy costs. We also offer free water management evaluations.

Services are available during business hours and early evenings by calling (904) 665-6000 or (800) 683-5542.

Video/DVD
JEA’s Home Energy and Water Check-up, available on video or DVD, offers tips on energy and water conservation. To request a copy, just call (904) 665-6000 or (800) 683-5542.
