Water and Energy Savings Begin at Home

Florida residences are responsible for consuming more than half the electricity generated in the state and nearly 40 percent of its water. And, our state is growing. Demographics experts tell us that by 2020 Florida will surpass New York in population to be the third largest state in the nation. This growth places an even greater demand on our resources and the services JEA provides its customers.

To help us keep pace with the demand, we encourage you to reduce your consumption of energy and water and put the savings in your pocket. JEA Conservation offers you the tools you need to save water and energy at home. But you already have the most important tool– YOU.

We’ll show you ways to save energy and water. And as you save water and energy, you’ll also be saving money because lower consumption keeps more money in your pocket instead of in your utility bill.

Learn how JEA’s programs, services and resources can help you Live Smart, Live Green and Live Well.
