Community Watch, a program set up by JEA and the Justice Coalition, brings local organizations together to help the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office keep an eye on things in Jacksonville neighborhoods. If the driver of a participating organization sees something suspicious or dangerous--a fire, a burglary or a medical emergency--he or she will call it in to the authorities. More than 25 groups participate in Community Watch.
