How the Neighbor to Neighbor Program Helps Those in Need

Helping people in need
Jacksonville's Neighbor to Neighbor Program helps elderly, disabled and low-income citizens of our community pay for emergency energy-related needs, thanks to the support of thousands of our customers.

Like you and your neighbors
Every dollar counts. Since the program was founded in 1987, all funds contributed to Neighbor to Neighbor have gone directly to people in need. No expenses are deducted by JEA or any of the social service agencies who work with us to distribute your contributions.

How you can help
The Neighbor to Neighbor Program relies upon the generous contributions of our customers to continue its success. Becoming part of Neighbor to Neighbor is simple and convenient. Call our Customer Care Center at (904) 665-6000 for more information or sign up online.
