JEA’s co-op program has been designed to provide students with a meaningful practical work experience to compliment educational studies.
What is a co-op?
A co-op is a college student who makes a long-term commitment to integrate classroom studies with learning through productive work experience in a field related to their academic/career goals.
Find out what JEA co-ops are saying about this great opportunity.
Hear about JEA co-op success stories.
We offer co-op opportunities year round with flexible start and end dates as well as part time hours. The co-ops participate as a group in an employee orientation, networking/feedback sessions, and community outreach. Individually challenging projects while training on the job will improve the co-ops technical skill in addition to strengthening their behavioral competencies.
