Managing your utility accounts just got easier, faster and better. With JEA's Smart Bill, you can customize your account information, eliminate paper bills and export the information to your own software program. JEA's Smart Bill is a free, web-based interactive account management and billing tool for commercial and industrial customers.

Once you enroll in JEA's Smart Bill you will:

  • Receive your JEA bills electronically.
  • View consumption history, run reports, graph data.
  • Set thresholds for alerts, including consumption changes.
  • Export the data to Excel files.
  • Compare consumption by site.

Minimal usage requirements include:

  • Internet access using Explorer 5.5 browser or above
  • Current e-mail address
