Unsolicited Vendor Requests

Procurement Services has developed a new process to manage unsolicited contacts with vendors who wish to do business with JEA. The new process designates an Unsolicited Vendor Contact (UVC) Coordinator to serve as a single point of contact for all unsolicited calls. If you are a vendor with questions on how to do business with JEA, please view JEA's bid process and complete the appropriate application or contact Paula Jennings, JEA UVC Coordinator, at (904) 665-7594 or via e-mail at uvcrequests@jea.com.
