In an effort to better serve the customers of Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau counties, JEA spends millions of dollars each year upgrading its water, sewer, & electric systems. Additionally, JEA spends a great deal of money on new technology to keep our employees ahead of the game when it comes to customer service.
