Engineering and Contractor Workshops are now held twice a year to share the most current information on JEA’s proposed capital projects and future electric and water infrastructure work.
October 2011 Meeting Summary
Ed Dendor, Director Projects, gave an update on current and planned infrastructure projects managed by JEA. Charles Bayless, Manager Project Support, provided an overview of JEA's project cost estimating process. Ann Freudenthal, Manager Project Support, discussed project scheduling and cost forecasting, reminding the group that accurate forecasting and timely invoicing have a direct impact on JEA's ability to plan and fund projects.
