REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC AGENCIES (permits created by JEA):
Atlantic Beach (city code 06): .910 for permanent services .915 for temporary poles Clay County (city code 12): The first two numbers of the Clay County permit number are converted to the permit year, and the fifth number of this permit number is omitted to convert to the JEA permit number; i.e., Clay County permit number 97050033 for a temporary pole is converted to 1997, 05033.925. For a permanent service this permit number would be 1997, 05033.920. .920 for permanent services .925 for temporary services St. Johns County (city code 11): The first two numbers of the St. Johns County permit # are converted to the permit year, and the last four digits are used for the base permit number; i.e., 271234 for a temporary pole is converted to 1997, 01234.935. For a permanent service this permit number would be 1997, 01234.930 .930 for permanent services .935 for temporary services Town of Orange Park (city code 08): .940 for permanent services .945 for temporary services Property Information: Customer: Customer name on permit Service Address: Permitted service address Map number: used internally for JEA Service Order Number: will be displayed if customer application for service has been made and matches permitted service address. Once meter work has been completed and account has been established, this service order number will no longer be displayed. Permit Complete: Status of permit; not status of work. The permit status will be complete under any of the following conditions:
Service Type: Will be either Overhead or Underground. Underground services up JEA poles are considered an Overhead service type. Inspection Status: Field Order from Engineer Date: Date Engineer releases line order and meter set order information. JEA Remarks: Will include special instructions for JEA Distribution Operations, JEA Meter Services Department, or special notes for customer information. Final from Building/Zoning: Date final inspection received from B&Z. No date will be displayed if "field order from date" has been completed prior to receipt of final inspection. Planned Underground Development: will be "yes" if service is within an underground development and said development has been updated into JEA Customer Business Information System (CBIS) by JEA Distribution. Construction Requirements: To Distribution Operations: Date line order printed to JEA construction department. Line Order: will be "YES" if line order required. Line orders are electronically generated, and will include minor line work information. Scheduled Completion Date: Estimated date that minor line work will be completed. Completed Date: Date Distribution Operations (DO) has completed line order. Line Order Info: Line order instructions Service Center Responsibility: will be Southside Service Center or Westside Service Center and will be noted once permit information has been updated by JEA Engineer. Line Extension: will be "YES" if major line work is required and has been updated by the JEA Engineer. Extension Sent to Service Center: date line extension (major line work) was sent to JEA Distribution Operations. Extension Estimated Completion Days: Estimated number of days major line work will require (estimated by JEA Engineer) Exception Code: explanation entered by JEA Distribution if not released by JEA Engineer or if line order cannot be completed by Distribution Operations. Exception Date: Date exception code entered. Meter Status: Meter Request: if meter set order has printed to JEA Meter Shop or if order has been electronically sent to Field Services, date and AM or PM will be displayed. If date entered without AM or PM, either one of the two conditions will exist:
Meter Set Date: will have date if service is 600 amps or less and meter has been installed; otherwise will have scheduled installation date. |
