Development Coordination

Development Coordination Specialist (DCS) provides coordination between JEA Customer Order Management, JEA O&M, JEA Contract Administration, Developers, and Builders for installation and acceptance of utility systems and services. DCS also reviews and coordinates acceptance packages for approval, and upon acceptance writes the Acceptance Letter for the utility project. In addition, DCS reviews and confirms electric, water & sewer easements for utility projects.
