Records and As-Built Requests

The Records Department handles all requests for records or as-built drawings. General turn-around time for a sewer or water tap location request is two (2) business days and five (5) business days for all other requests for information. We prefer requests to be submitted in writing.

Here are the ways that you can submit your request:

  1. Fill out and submit an online records request.
  2. E-mail your request to recordsrequests@jea.com.
    Please provide as much information as possible.
  3. Download the printer-friendly form and fax or mail it to our office:
